Troy Thompson often known by the aliases Roberto Garcia y Ramirez, Roberto I, Paz Roberto Nero, Kufukhaf Iskander Khan, Tregh Tomsohnd, and Truvus Roshnam Slobovi, has more or less led the nation of Slobovia ever since its creation in 2000. Over the years he had built a bad reputation for himself for poor choices. Thompson served as Constitutional Emperor and Perpetual Defender of [[San Martin]], leader in several forms of Slobovia, and Grand Vizier and Regent, and later Shah, of Babkha.
