Just to the east of the [[Commercial District]] lies '''Timothy's Cliff''', a precipice where a small hill makes a sheer drop into the waters of the Elwynn below. Back in the days of [[Kaiser Timothy II]], when a thief was caught he would be brought to the top of the cliff and then, with great pomp and ceremony, thrown pushed off the edge into the river beneath.
