History

The Kehl is the legislative and judicial body of the Duchy of Brookshire. It was founded in 3392 ASC as a consequence of the passage of the Charter of Brookshire by the Lord of Brookshire.

Membership

All Barons of Brookshire are automatically members of the Kehl. The Marquess of Goldshire is ex officio the chairman of the Kehl.

Powers

The Kehl is vested with secondary legislative and judicial powers in Brookshire, second only to the Duke.
