The Hand of Rrakanychan

[[The Hand of Rrakanychan]] was a cult of Necromancers that exsisted around b900 in lower Elwynn. The cult was responsible for the assinations of Kaiser Marcus I and Kaiser Marcus II, with poisoned [[Kris Knife]]s in the shape of snakes. Shortly after the abdication of Kaiser Marcus III, the cult mysteriously vanished from existence, and it has only been recently that any records of their presence have been unveiled.
