The Hand of Rrakanychan was a cult of Necromancers that existed around b900 in lower Elwynn. The cult was responsible for the assinations of Kaiser Marcus I and Kaiser Marcus II, with poisoned Kris Knifes in the shape of snakes. Shortly after the abdication of Kaiser Marcus III, the cult mysteriously vanished from existence, and it has only been recently that any records of their presence have been unveiled.
