Rescript to Imperial Decree 880

IMPERIAL RESCRIPT (19 Filadinu 1647). The prohibitions detailed e, f, j, and k in the Imperial Decree do not apply to Decrees, actions or other measures made by the Imperial Government in good faith, with the purpose of securing law, order and good government in Kildare. Nor do the same prohibitions apply to institutions of religion, research and archiving, that, having received the permission by way of a chartering Imperial Decree to perform the otherwise prohibited actions, subsequently perform them.
