Patrick Foley

The first Duke of Kildare and at the time Minister of Defence. (or whatever we called the Ministry of Military Affairs at that time). He was a citizen during The Seventh Republic and many traditions and random things can be attributed to him (such as our wonderful forum color scheme). Patrick Foley was known to many by his nickname, Admiral Foley. Always interested in the military aspect of micronations, he held positions of military authority everywhere he went. Originally recruited to micronations by David F of AFTP, Admiral Foley can be considered a dedicated micronationalist. Norfolk was his attempt to create a nation and it is still found on the MCS map.
