Pale of Angularis also known as The Pale is the name of a cultural and geographical area in the Deep South which is situated in the Bailiwick of the Princely Precinct of the Elwynnese Union called the Kingdom of Amokolia which is known as the Vale of Angularis.

History

The area came into being during the Ducal Reign of Sirithil nos Fëanor when it was established as an outpost for the Elwynnese trading activities of the Sameinaða Erlendur Kaupsýsla Einokun Félagið (SEKEF), which used as a base for trade with the Trans-Elwynnese i.e. non-Shirerithian Elw.

Origin of Name

The Pale of Angularis derives its name from the pallisade of the fortified ditch and rampart built around area by the SEKEF as part of early temporary defenses. The pallisade was later replaced with a stone wall, but the area continued to be referred to as "The Pale".
