Initially a gaming clan named 'Soviet Empire' founded by Siberian Fox in the summer of 2000. Fox toiled with the web page by adding information concerning Soviet weaponry as well as other snippits of Soviet heritage.
The PRNSE wasnt micro-national until Fox stumbled upon micronations and discovered he didnt find any he particularly took interest in so he established his own in what was to be known as The Peoples Republic of the New Soviet Empire.
