Oustfest

Oustfest is celebrated on January 14th / Vivantiana 25. It is the day on which all old citizens who haven't been seen in years lose their citizenship and in which people who dodn't claim their jobs lose them.
History
In January 2003, Steward Nikkolo I issued Imperial Decree 44 and Imperial Decree 46, requiring all citizens to return to Shireroth by 14 January in order to declare that they were citizens of no more than three micronations and lay claim to any jobs or titles that they had and wished to keep. This was an attempt to generate activity in Shireroth during a time of unusually low participation on the part of its citizens, and the effort mostly succeeded. Subsequently, Oustfest became a bit of a tradition.
