Konrad von Zeck was Bovic Emperor of Natopia following the unprecedented abdication of Nathan Waffel-Paine. He remained as titular Emperor during the reign of the Butter Bull. He notably suspended the Bovic Code, Natopia's constitution at the time. As a result of the suspension of the law, followed by direct rule of the Butter Bull, and then direct rule under the Bovic Church, the secular Natopian government that emerged c.1596 was forced to put into place a quick and flexible legal system that would become the Caprine Code.
