Rei I, often titled Kaiserin Rei I, was a Kaiseress of Shireroth between 4345 ASC and 4404 ASC. She was played by CJ Miller and became ruler of the Empire after a short power struggle after the abdication of Kaiser Cedris I (who left Andreas as heir, but he couldn't reign because of his obligations in other nations).
