AYREON IV, by the Divine Design of Butauros, Eternal Kaiser of Shireroth, who, by this Imperial Instrument, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the ancient gods of Shireroth, all due respect and honour.

Know ye that We make this Instrument in the name of the Holy Saints of Nathaniel the Returned-and-then-again-Departed, Elijah the Blessed, Nathan the Once-Living God, and all other Holy Saints and Martyrs, whose allegiance and respect We eternally owe. Acow.

IMPERIAL PROCLAMATION: Day of Thanksgiving

We, with gratitude having seen the peaceful, happy and healthy return of His Bovic Majesty the Emperor of the Natopians to his rightful throne, have therefore returned to our duties in Shireroth as your true and loyal Kaiser, servant of all Shirerithians, in the name of Our Lord the Butter Bull.

For this reason, We command that tomorrow shall be a public day of thanksgiving for the life and health of Our most beloved Cousin, the Emperor of the Natopians. There will be free juice and bagels to all that need it for their spiritual replenishment.

We further command that the Most High and Reverend Bosarch of Shirekeep, The Timeless Shadow, shall be admitted to the Imperial Court, along with Our entirely beloved uncle His Holiness The Pentheros, for Our Spiritual Education. Until such time that We may discharge the Regent from his duties, when We have come of age, We shall engage in deep studies of the True Faith, so that Shireroth and all its people may become ever more blessed when We are coronated and anointed with Holy Butter.

Come, come, ye fools, no angst nor strangeness fear;
But with joy, milk the Bull!
Though hard to you this labour may appear,
Milk will touch every fool!
'Tis better far for us to strive
our useless cares from us to drive:
Do this, and milk your minds will swell –
All is well! All is well!

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand.

Given at the Keep this twelfth day of the eleventh month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and fifty-five.
