The
Imperial Government is the upper half of the government,
consisting of The Kaiser, the Steward, the Landsraad as a whole, and the
Ministries. It is thus differentiated from individual
Duchies and Baronies.
The Imperial Government is charged with most of the administration of
Shireroth.
