Liv Dravot, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:

AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 976: Establishment of Protectorate of Lywall, Cession of Overseas Territories

  1. Waldemar Zinkgraven, Zir Illustris & Restaurator Occidentis (&etc), is instructed to take under the protection of the Imperial Republic such portions of the province of Lywall as lie behind the defensive perimeter established by the Imperial Forces and to make every necessary arrangement for the safety and comfort of His Imperial Magnificence's Protected Subjects.
  2. The Imperial Republic relinquishes all title, right and claim to Arietta, Jorvik, the Lady Esther Isles, and Ura'Bos.
    a. The people of those territories are advised to fend for themselves and for their future security. They are released from all allegiance to Our Lord the Radiant Sun. May the Gods be with them and have mercy on their souls.

IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LORD THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF
We have caused the Seal of Our Imperial Ministry to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand
Given at the Keep this 24th Day of Rugaall in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and fifty two.
