Imperial Decree 969

Liv Dravot, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:
AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.
IMPERIAL DECREE 969: The Harald Entity
The daemonic presence identified as the Harald Entity has been detected occupying the seat of power in the State of Elwynn. Containment action commencing.
A majority vote of the Imperial Advisory Council has authorised immediate action under ID 699: 2.a, 2.d, 2.h, 2.i, 2.j, 2.m, 2.p
All members of the Inquisition, the Imperial Constabulary and local paramilitary and law enforcement agencies are encouraged and commanded to escort the component appendages of the Harald Entity to the nearest place of embarkation to Stormark or else to some other parallel dimension forsaken by all that is good and holy.
The fate of Elwynn now rests in the hands of those few citizens who now remain unblemished by the taint of the Harald Entity. We call upon the substantial Elwynnese diaspora to return to their homeland to aid in reconstruction.

All treaties with Stormark are to be terminated in their prescribed manner.
