Imperial Decree 951

Kyle Kilynn of Waffel-Paine, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:

AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 951: The Voltrue Rebellion

Having received private reassurances from the King of Voltrue who has sworn to de-escalate and abandon the state of open rebellion in that Dominion,

We do hereby restore Marcus Myksos to the Imperial Peerage as Baron Vigeland.

And furthermore, in exchange for his restoration to the Imperial Peerage, We request from the King a public proclamation of allegiance to Kaiser Ayreon IV.

We do hereby declare an end to the rebellion in Voltrue; the Kingdom of Voltrue and its King will be treated as amicably and as equal as the other Imperial Dominions and leaders who are in good standing with the Imperial Government.

IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LORD THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF
We have caused the Seal of the Steward to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand.
