Daniel, Kaiser of Shireroth, to all to whom these presents shall come Greeting, and to the panthea of other sapient species within the Empire undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We have in the first place granted to the Great Star-Queen Amane this Decree which by Her Supreme Power is confirmed for Us and Our heirs forever.
Know furthermore that in the name of the Goddesses and Seraphs do We decree this so:
ARTICLE I
Kaiser Verion I is bestowed with the epithet The Financier, owing to his work on the finances of the Imperial Governmemt.
ARTICLE II
Jacob Darylion-Verion is bestowed with the landless title of Viscount Verion.
