IMPERIAL DECREE #571 Steward-Count of Hawshire-Dura

The Crown notes that King William Arthur Payne of the noble family of Atobonovno has been absent from court. After taking advice from the Dutch of Kildare, the Crown has decided that he shall remain King of Hawshire-Dura, and Walter Grant, Alderman of the City of Hawshire, shall rule in his place as Steward-Count.
