The following shall be added to Chapter V of the Lawbook.
C. Annoying the Kaiser
1. Annoying the hell out of the Kaiser shall be punishable by Catapult.
2. Playing the drums in the apartment above the Kaiser's is considered annoying beyond the first degree.
3. Having a fan on so high, in the room above the Kaiser's, that is makes the Kaiser's bedroom hum and pulsate all night, keeping him awake till ungodly hours of the morning is considered beyond annoying in the first degree.
