Imperial Decree #136: Manditory Recess Update.

The Decreebook shall be updated as follows.
IV, C, 2.
Quote:
a. On the first week of every 2nd month, the Landsraad shall be in recess for seven (7) days.
to

Quote:
a. On December 25th until January 2nd and July 1st until the July 8th, the Landsraad will be in Recess.
The first recess on December 25th through January 2nd will not take effect this year. The first implimentation of this shall take place on July 1st 2005 of the Gregorian Year
