Imperial Decree 1092

AYREON IV by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar-e Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and Our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 1092: On the Formation of Government in the State of Talenore

Whereas the Constitution of the State of Talenore charges Us, after each election to the National Assembly, to appoint a Governor-General who can form a government whose proposal for a state budget can be accepted by the National Assembly, We do therefore request the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Honourable Leila Mehraban, to speak to the leaders of the represented political parties in order to seek out a nominee for the position of the Governor-General that will have sufficient support in the National Assembly to pass a state budget, and We also request her to report continuously to Us on the process.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this fifteenth day of the eighth month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and sixty-five.
