Imperial Decree #104: Order of the Griffin

The Order of the Griffin given to Delphi of Lodis last month is hereby extended to Octavius Me. This may not be technically allowed by the rules of the order, but I can't wait another month to give him one, so so it goes.
The Order of the Griffin is presented to Jack Santucci of Cyberia for his work in creating and maintaining the micronational blogosphere.
