The Circuit of Illumination is one of the circuits of Elwynn. It was one of the counties of Elwynn (Froyalan). It was founded by Halluci immigrants who had left Kildare for various reasons. They planted the first forest since the days of Ardashir, Phoenix Forest, designed to give the Elfinshi a safe haven in Elwynn. The first count of Illumination was Ozarka Monto. It now forms part of the County of Illumination and Cimmeria.
