Dinarch

Dinarch is the title of each of the two rulers of the Dinarchy of Antica. There are, according to the Antican Constitution, always to be two Dinarchs, hence, where the name Dinarch came from. The Dinarchs used to be somewhat absolute rulers, but have ceded some of their power to the Antican people, since the nation passed their revised constitution on November 29, 2004.
