Aradas, Count Andelarion of Eliria and Utasia, is a former duke of Elwynn. He joined Shireroth in November 2004, quickly becoming the count of Elwynn, later being elevated to both baron of Elwynn and duke of Elwynn.
His time in Shireroth has not been without controversies. Many times has his allegiance to Shireroth been put in question due to his triple nationalities.
Other nations
Andelarion entered micronationalism, under the pseudonym Ric Lyon, in 2001, first gaining citizenship in Lykosha, and later becoming an active politician in Puritania after which he joined Menelmacar. When Sirithil declared Menelmacar dead after her defeat in the election, Andelarion was naturalized in Babkha.
He is also the current Shah of Babkha (as Rashid Shahanshah) and the Chairman of the Senate of Hurmu (as R. V. av Silmahamnum).
He has had citizenship in both Menelmacars, Feianova, Karnali, Alexandria and Stormark.
