DSSI, Dunkin Scientific Services, is the creation of [[Tim Dunkin]]. Mr. Dunkin and DSSI have been active in V.C. [[Cyberia]], [[Cyberland]], the [[United Imperium]] and other nations. DSSI has created a home for itself beyond the range of MN governmental interference, although it is the largest business concern in the [[Federal Republic of Cyberia]]. 

DSSI manufactures everything from lizard food to plasma rifles. It is this access to greatly advanced technology that enables DSSI to maintain it's independence. 

DSSI collaborated with the ruling house of [[Absentia]] to build the starship [[Improvise]].

Also a leader in biotechnology, DSSI provided the means by which [[Jim-Bob DeLizard]] became one of the first non-human citizens of a micronation, a well as a snappy dresser and tap-dancer.
