Vilhelm von Benkern is a micronationalist who has been a citizen of Shireroth for much of the time since 26 November 2007 (3034 ASC). He has performed many roles, including Duke of Yardistan, Dirigent of Musica, long-time Count of Mar Sara, Count of Norfolk, Arbiter, and also took on the role of Kaiser as Kaiser Yardistanislaus I.
