Adelsraad

The Adelsraad is the representative advisory body of the citizens (i.e. the nobles) of Shireroth. No law may be adopted by the Landsraad without the Adelsraad's advice and consent if the bill affects the interests of the nobility. In effect, this makes the Adelsraad a lower house of sorts for the Landsraad.
