Abdullah al-Zaraqi (born in Baltyshahr, 1580) is an Elwynnese obstetrician and gynaecologist. Educated at the Allswell Madarasa of the People's Academy, he worked at the Madarasa Hospital where he underwent residency and specialization. He became famous in 1635, after it was alleged he was a Jingdaoese Te-gong agent, and was involved in an attempt on the life of Queen Noor. His trial remains ongoing while he is a fugitive from justice, having escaped from his remand cell in Dragonskeep Gaol.

He was last seen in Walstadt during the incident that led to the death of the Kattei Emperor of Jingdao during the Euran War.
