Steward's Imperial Decree #388

Let it be known that the Imperial Republic of Shireroth notes the "Writ of Dissolution of Union" [sic] by which the province of Amokolia has seceded from the Ocian Federation and recognises the Provisional Authority of Amokolia, under the leadership of Jess Heimer, in the exercise of its sovereignty, and congratulates a brother Benacian nation on its resumption of the sacred rights of liberty.

It is so ordered and shall be communicated to the appropriate authorities.
