Imperial Decree #385: MiniImNat

Dear Shirerithians, greetings!

I thank Prince Ísur-Ai for his service as Minister of Immigration and Naturalization. He will be sorely missed and I hope that he will return to us soon.

As his replacement I appoint Lord Jonas of Sermolot.
