Mortis Mercatoria is the capital of the County of Thanatos, the largest city in the Barony of Lakhesis, and one of the largest in the Duchy of Brookshire. The name of the city stems from the city being the birthplace of the Imperial bloodline of Mortis which has yielded many famous Kaisers.
