From the North, a series of prophecies from the great Seer Ra'mus the Farsighted, of the Mel'anje people. Dating is uncertain, but likely to be between 3 and 7 thousand years ago.

From the North come all the best dreams ...

So too do the biggest storms, but the power of the thunder lies not with the Dreamer But he who would not stand against the flame, and they will be reflected in the shadows before the time is nigh.

Fated are all words then, lest they vanish for all time. But perhaps they will yet avert it and the ancient shall leave their lands.

Beware the shimmering ships, where right is left, who would land on the Royal Isles. They bring a terrible gift, and the darkness in their wake if started, must play its course.

But if you do not heed these words, HEED THIS. When the Nifty One can no longer save the land, collect up the strong words for safe keeping here, for it will be terrible for those words left in the dark. Then cut off all connections and listen to no echoes of home lest you too perish in the scourge.

And when one comes from the North with fire in his hands, and words in his heart, then you will know the time of trial is near.

And in that time their shall arise a Joshua of sacred line, where profane and arcane meet, in trinity of power. The very land shall rise up and fight for him and he in turn shall become it, Lest we perish in the flame.

Echoes and whispers of the past will not trouble him, nor the shadows of night overcome him, but his pride will reflect in his glory, and in the heart of the matter, blood will out. Then we shall see if he may weather the coming storm. Or whether he is fated to fall in the wheel of fortune.
