Imperial Decree no. 313

By my power, as granted by His Niftiness, Jacobus Loki the unnamed Kaiser, and the Landsraad,
1.) In Eoin's absence, I grant Rai Avon-El the right to sit as Steward of Elwynn; 2.) Rai Avon-El is hereby appointed Assistant Registrar, and shall act in Hypatia's Mom's stead during her LOA; 3.) Rai Avon-El and Scott of Hyperborea are hereby appointed to the Imperial Advisory Council;
