Imperial Decree #116: Editing the Charter
Issued by Kaiser Los II
The following is inserted at the beginning of the Charter, with all other articles moved up one correspondingly:
Article I: Meta-Rules
Section A: Diamond Rule
All rules in this document shall be interpreted in the most rational and generally useful way.
Section B: Rule of Malevolence-Proofness
There are no loopholes in these rules.
Section C: Golden Rule
If you try to use these rules to make somebody else's life hard, others are allowed by these rules to make your life hard.
Section D: Rule of Relative Completeness
These rules are relatively complete.
Section E: Rule of Positive Affirmation
Yes, you may.
