Steward Decree #89: Dual Stewards

While I am on my LOA since there is no Kaiser, I hearby name both Scott Siskind and Count James in charge of Shireroth. They are temporary Stewards persay..(if there is some law preventing this...then whatever. I'm sorry don't have time to deal with it.)
