Imperial Decree #126: Chain of Command.

Issued by Kaiser Raynor XI

In case of emergancy, such as attack or the like, the chain of command shall be as follows:

Kaiser of Shireroth. Steward of Shireroth. Minister of Military Affairs. Minister of the Interior. Prætor of Shireroth. Duke of Yardistan. Minister of the Exterior. Highest available military officer. First available minister. This means should the Kaiser not be available the Steward would be in charge until the Kaiser was, if the Steward was not available either the MoMA would be in charge.. and so on...
