Kaiseral Decree #227: New Assistant Minint; others

Dave is to be given admin status as an assistant to Greg Dean, and so am I DURNIT! Well, with me, it's just the being given admin thing.


ANYWAY, the point being that David has proven his loyalty, usefullness, and general niftiness for a great many years, so congrats and thank you Dave!


ALSO: I am hereby giving myself (do I even NEED to announce this?) permission to actively purge the active contracts and feudal contracts fora to clean it out.


From now on, the Active contract's sub-fora will be locked by a board mod or an admin, and only those with the same status may change it when fuedal subdivisions change, so as to keep it clean. I'll be cleaning and changing it today or tomorrow, so if there is any Foul-ups gripe at me here. :)
