Honorary citizenship

Honorary Citizenship is granted to people who have done notable things for Shireroth, but are not already citizens. It is usually granted to people who will visit the Shirithian boards at least infrequently, though there have been exceptions. Honorary Citizenship is similar to the Order of the Chimaera.
