Dynastic Autocractic-Technocracy

Dynastic Autocractic-Technocracy is the prevailing ideology and system of government of the island of Kezan. It is a form of enlightened despotism, influenced by the Holodomaic School of philosophy, that seeks to rationalise bureaucracy and work towards maximum efficiency in public administration. Unlike Khanism it avoids overt manifestations of extremism, although its pursuit of pure knowledge can sometimes lead it to make ethically questionable decisions.
