NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.


IMPERIAL DECREE 856
On the coming into force of the Shirerithian, Alexandrian, and Natopian Entente

Section 1: Protocol of Shireroth and Alexandria
With regards to the ratification of the Shirerithian–Alexandrian–Natopian Entente, the high representatives of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth and the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation having exchanged their notices of ratification in accordance with the relevant clauses of the Entente, do hereby give notice and formally declare that, with regards to the due operation of the clauses and provisions of the Entente, the Entente shall be deemed to be in effect and binding betwixt themselves. This declaration being not contingent upon receipt of a notice of ratification from high representatives of the Empire of the Alexandrians. The provisions of the Entente shall only be applied to the Empire of the Alexandrians once formal notice of ratification has received. Nonetheless the Empire of the Alexandrians remains a signatory nation and all due rights and consideration shall be accorded to them.

Section 2: Entry into force of the Treaty
Accordingly, the Shirerithian, Alexandrian, and Natopian Entente (SANE), having previously been ratified by the Landsraad, is henceforth in force in the Imperial Republic in so far that it corresponds with Section 1 of this Decree.
