Imperial Decree 232 is hereby repealed.

For Imperial purposes, the King of Aryasthan is named Duke of Antica while Antica is re-organizes itself. All Antican citizens may claim Shirithian citizenship should they desire it.

This act is to welcome the willing, not annex the terminally discontent.

Done, this Thorsday the 17th of Ifnin 4621 ASC.
