Point Blanc

Point Blanc (Belniy Mys in Mishalanski) is a small city in southeastern Mishalan. It is named for Mt Blanc, a mountain that retains snow on its upper peaks throughout much of the year. The city is one of the more rural communities, with a large seasonal population. Industry is supported through tourism generated by people coming to ski the slopes of Mt Blanc, although other outdoor activities have also become popular draws (such as hiking, camping, boating, etc). In recent years a growing number of residents have come to work at the nearby air force base (Medvedev AFB) located just northeast of the city. The base houses Mishalan's primary fighter command.
