Gennady Titov, (also known as Comrade Titov) was the first Vice President of Rulczentia and also the second and last President of that war-ravaged land.

An agrarian Communist, his friendship with former Emperor Jacobus frequently landed him on the horns of many dilemmas. Allying himself to the United Imperium more by friendship than conviction, he lost most of his Communist credentials.

He was Governor of Mala province in the Federal Republic of Cyberia and Chairman of the Rosario Peoples' Front. Titov has been challenged for the leadership of Cyberian Communism and the Rosario Peoples" Front by John Lenin.

Titov currently serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from Mala.
