Imperial Decree #474: Duchies and Adelsraad

By my hand,

The major political subdivisions shall be rearranged as follows:

The Dutchy of Kildare: Apollonian Shireroth and the Thanedom of Elwynn

The Duchy of Yardistan: Yardistani archipelago

The Duchy of Goldenmoon: the remainder of southeastern Benacian Shireroth

The boundaries of the subdivisions shall be revised by the Landsraad should they not meet public approval.

Each subdivision shall be headed by a Duke, to be chosen locally or by imperial appointment by the Kaiser or Landsraad.

There shall be created a legislative body consisting of the Dukes of the major subdivisions, called the Adelsraad, whose powers shall be defined at a later time, due to their nature requiring an amendment to the Imperial Charter.
