Imperial Decree #284

Issued by Kaiser Hasan I Mon May 26, 2008 8:06 am


I decree that his Excellency, The Khan of Vijayanagara shall receive the Honour of the Order of Kampioens. That The Khan shall be created a knight of this order as a friend and protector of The Crown.
