Council of State of Talenore

The Council of State is a formal body composed of the most senior government ministers chosen by the Governor General, and functions as the executive branch of the state. With the exception of the Governor General, all members of the council have the title Chancellor, if head of a government department, or minister, if a junior minister in a department.
