Rei I, often titled Kaiserin Rei I, was a Kaiseress of Shireroth between 4345 and 4404 ASC, and a Safir Empress between April 15 and August 27, 2011 AD. She was played by Carl Jackson and became ruler of the Empire after a short power struggle after the abdication of Kaiser Cedris I (who left Andreas as heir, but he couldn't reign because of his obligations in other nations).
