Imperial Decree #399: Concerning the Stewardship, the Succession & Monty Crisco
1. Malliki Tosha is hereby appointed Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth;
2. Leo Dine is designated heir to the Mango Throne should anything *unfortunate* happen to me in the meantime;
3. Monty Crisco's revolt will continue to be tolerated and occasionally fired upon provided that piano hurling trebuchets play a pivotal role.
